About Mosaic Minds

At Moscaic Minds, we serve adolescents ages 11 to 17 who may need more support with emotional, behavioral, school, or day-to-day challenges.

Through IOP and PHP, we offer structured, neurodivergent-affirming care designed to help teens build skills, strengthen daily functioning, and feel more supported at home, at school, and in everyday life.

Our Mission

At Mosaic Minds, our mission is to provide teen mental health care that is structured, supportive, and grounded in understanding.

We work with teens and families who may be navigating emotional overwhelm, school-related challenges, social difficulties, sensory needs, executive functioning struggles, or other concerns that call for more support than weekly therapy alone.

Through individualized care, family involvement, and a neurodivergent-affirming approach, we help teens build practical skills and move toward greater stability in daily life.

Why choose mosaic minds

At Mosaic Minds, we know that support works better when it reflects how a teen actually thinks, processes, communicates, and regulates. What sets us apart is our focus on teen-centered, neurodivergent-affirming care that combines structure, understanding, and individualized support.

Our team members are proud to be part of the neurodivergent community themselves as individuals, parents, and allies. We offer a non-judgmental and welcoming environment shaped by this lived experience, ensuring every family feels seen, understood, and supported by people who truly “get it.”
