What We Treat
Mosaic Minds supports teens who may be struggling with emotions, behavior, school, or daily life.
For parents trying to understand what kind of help their child may need, Mosaic Minds offers structured support built around teen mental health needs and a neurodivergent-affirming approach to care.
Teen Mental Health Support
Mosaic Minds offers teen mental health support for families who are noticing that their teen is struggling and needs more help than they have had so far.
That may show up through emotional overwhelm, behavior changes, school stress, social difficulties, or day-to-day life feeling harder to manage.
Families may be looking for help with:
- Emotional overwhelm
- Behavioral changes
- School-related stress
- Social struggles
- Day-to-day challenges that are becoming harder to manage
A Neurodivergent-Affirming Approach
For some families, the goal is not just finding support. It is finding support that feels like a better fit for how their teen thinks, communicates, and moves through daily life.
Mosaic Minds uses a neurodivergent-affirming approach that takes into account:
- Autism
- ADHD
- Learning differences
- Sensory needs
- Executive functioning challenges
- Trauma due to bullying

- A fit for teens who still do well with a lighter routine
- Provides the necessary IOP aftercare for teens successfully transitioning home from an RTC
PHP

- A fit when daily life feels harder to manage
- More structure for teens who need added help
- Offers a structured PHP aftercare option to bridge the gap between an RTC and the home environment
